Kim & Kevin both started in the industry over 26 years ago. Kim, a licensed Realtor®, sold over 500 homes before moving on to doing Vacant Property Inspections for two local real estate companies. Kevin managed and maintained their various rental properties while also working as a police officer. FUN FACT
In Sun City area you can often spot Peach-faced Lovebirds (also known as Rosy-faced Lovebirds) in the wild. Most likely from escaped or released pets, these birds, originally from southwestern Africa, have adapted well to the Sun City area and are frequently seen in flocks, especially in neighborhoods with mature trees like palm trees. They are attracted to areas with food sources like sunflower seeds and are known for their loud, high-pitched calls.
